We offer network infrastructure consulting as a service. Networks are the backbone of modern businesses, and your network may not be behaving reliably. We specialize in optimizing existing networks to function as intended, or identifying the weak points in a network for a tailored solution that does not require starting over with a new network design.
Service Process
Discovery - What is your network doing or not doing? This step can be completed through a simple phone call, email, or short site visit.
Multi-tier advisement. 'Meets', "Better', and 'Best' categories offer you a choice in how you proceed rather than being told things can only be done one way. Initial consultation fees are applicable towards labor of project implementation.
Scope of Work establishes timelines for product procurement, configuration, installation, testing, and final deployment by breaking projects into 'Stages'. As a client you then have a transparent expectation of how things will flow and how long each stage will take.
Invoicing includes a breakout of each step to document what was done and will indicate what is left to do. Progress can be tracked from invoice to invoice, or if desired, entire projects can be invoiced all at once.
